Give an advice.
I'm Dominique Mukurarinda 51 born and raised still live in Rwanda, Africa. I was diagnosed with MS in 2017. That time it was very difficult because none in my family had been diagnosed with MS before.
It nearly took my life away till a neurosurgeon diagnosed it and thyroids especially Tecfidera helped a lot.
I was like well till last week where temperature 🌡️ went higher to 38.7, no malaria, no infection nothing else.
This Monday, I failed to walk till now, a great pain into the legs from the knees to feet. I'm not well and friends around say it's relapse.
MRI scan show no big difference compared to the last.
I need your advice as a family and again I don't have access to proper medicine.
My neurosurgeon prescribed Methylprednisolone and is no where to find. But injections are there but this new medical insurance hs not yet agreed with King Faisal Hospital, where it's only found. Prayer for me, I'm not really well.
Dominique
Please know that you are not alone and that others around the world will be praying for you to get the medication that you need! As you described the pain from your knees down, I know a very similar feeling. And I too keep thinking that MRIs are going to show something new that will explain the symptoms. However, my MRI has never shown any new lesions beyond the first two spots. I am grateful for not having any additional lesions, but I wish I knew that there was a test that could illustrate exactly what is going on inside of us.
Hello Dominique. Welcome.
