Fatigue

I need advice or tips on how to deal with the fatigue. I have trouble walking and have seizures as well and the fatigue is awful every single day. I work 40+ hours a week, am a mom of 4, and am married. My husband works as well and even with his income, me working is vital. It’s becoming worse and I’ve been progressively getting worse for the past 8 months. I’ve talked to my doctor and he’s referred me to an Ms specialist but it’s booked way out. I’m not sure how I can keep up at this point. I’ve already missed a lot of work due to my symptoms. Two weeks ago I couldn’t work for 3 days because I couldn’t walk after a seizure. I’m overwhelmed and the anti seizure meds I take cause drowsiness as well.

Hi @DaceParr . Fatigue is a nightmare 🤨 sounds like u have very busy schedule. Is there anyway u could cut down hours at work? I know its not what we want to be thinking about but sacrifices have to be made for our health. Prioritise what is more important. You are no good to anyone if burnt out. You need bit of time to yourself to relax and figure out plan to combat fatigue. Not going to be easy but unfortunately we all need to make changes sometimes.
