Stressing out, Avonex auto injection

Hi all, just need a rant. I can’t manage my Avonex pen. I have tried to take it numerous times without success. My husband has helped, but to no avail 😞. Should I call my consultant or my MS nurse on Monday 🤷‍♀️? My anxiety is through the roof. I don’t want to delay. Sorry everyone, I think I am stressed out. Thanks

What is the problem? Is it too painful or you can't find right spot for injection? For me it was also big problem, i was so anxious every time needle came to my thigh.

Hi, thank you for your reply. For me it is the pen not working. I hold it to my thigh and the button does not work. I have tried unlocking it loads. I have celotaped it down. All to no avail. I hold it to my thigh and I try to push the button and it doesn’t work. I don’t want to push it into my thigh and I am pretty sure the nurse advised pushing it down and then releasing, and then press the button. I just don’t seem to be able to do it and now I am too anxious 😥.
