All went well and consultant is happy with how I'm am doing I've to have follow up tests next week and another Base Line MRI in 6-8 weeks. They happy to let me progress my exercises to include more leg based strength and agreed my new tredmill will be perfect for me. 2nd Ocrevus Transfusion in 09/01/24 so will have some pre-med bloods done in December. They reckon the tingling I'm getting is as a results of the leision in my neck.. I dont know whether to be quietly happy and optimistic... knowing that with PPMS I will always get worse worries me
