Muscle Twitching

Hi all, Recently diagnosed in March of this year...started treatment in June (ocrevus). Have been pretty stable for the past couple of months and now I'm noticing some muscle twitching every now and then. Wondering if anyone else had experienced it. I have had the muscle spasms and spasticity, but its more like the eye twitch you get but on my body. Freaking out too cus when you Google it is says ALS....so now I'm FREAKING out I have ALS on top of MS! I don't have any other symptoms so just wondering of this might be stress related or MS related...please let me know if anyone else had this! Thanks

It’s not ALS don’t worry otherwise I’d have definitely have had it by now! Have had twitching legs and eyelids every 4 months or so which last up to 2 weeks annoyingly. It’s just our nerves misfiring due to damage. Another thing we have to deal with unfortunately but it’s ok

I have the twichies on the regular lol eyelid and I feel it on other sides of my face. My neurologist said it was normal due to fatigue and overstimulation. My GP said if it gets bad and too often I could get botox so the muscle cant move as much .
