What can I do if i'm refused Lemtrada?

Hello, I have a long waited appointment with my Neurologist this Wednesday. I had rrms for 14 years with occasional relapses. I've had 2 years with no relapses so have now moved into Secondary progressive MS. After doing my own research, and reading about other people's positive results from being given Lemtrada, I am hoping it will benefit me. If I experience reluctance from Neuro to prescribe this treatment for me, what can I say to impress apon him my view that it's the right thing to do for me? I am cynical of reasons covering cost cutting as, admittedly, drugs cost a lot don't they. I will be grateful for responnses. Thank you.

@willow - Maybe I'm being dumb, but I assume you mean no relapses, but experiencing deterioration? Since no relapses + no deterioration, would mean you're doing well, not that you're Secondary Progressive?

MyNneuro said that as I hadn't had a relapse in 2 years, that i'd moved into spms. I have been telling them that I did have a nasty relapse with different things wrong afterwards but they say it was only a flare.
