Did you regain your balance through therapy?
Hi all,
I’m on holiday in Bali, and yesterday I wanted to go watch the sunset at the beach. Only the beach was down some steep concrete steps with no handrail and I could foresee the fall before I took the first step. As I stood at the top of the stairs and weighed my options the limitations of my balance issues dawned on me. I’ve known for some time I have balance problems, I’ve been doing yoga and a variety of one legged exercises when I go to the gym but truthfully I haven’t seen any improvement. Did anyone here fix their balance problems through any kind of therapy and if so, what was it? Thank you!
Thinking of you. You learn to adapt… Running is not an option. Uneven services are a challenge. But where there is a will there is a way. Exercise doesn’t seem to help, but I keep trying. So it takes half an hour to get where you would have got there in 2 mins…. Mind set change…. But we can do anything just at a different speed xxxxxx
My balance is also awful if you find a solution let me know 🤣
