Does anyone do the spoon theory??

For people that don't know, I remember in the early days of been diagnosed I was told this, We get 10 spoons a day, so travelling to work or school might cost 3 spoons, cooking a meal 2 spoons etc.. When you have used your spoons you rest. I have started colour coding my days so today was a red day I had work, school run etc, but Sunday will be a green day as I get to rest, I've not made plans.... Do you organise your days or just go with the flow... I can trigger a relapse if I do too much so I need some order.
@Raceya

Yes and no. Spoon theory is a great way to explain what MS is like for those that don’t know. I feel some days I may have 10 spoons and others 5 and then a well rested 15 spoon day. So, I just do what I can and don’t push it. 🥄
