I think I might have MS but MRI brain scan was clear? Am I going mad??

So bit of a quick back story about me. My name is Abby, I'm 26 years old living in England with my partner, 5 year old and 10 month old boys. I started experiencing symptoms last June/July 2020 (a couple of months after giving birth), first symptoms were extreme fatigue even after a good solid sleep, tingly buzzing/pins and needles started in my left foot and eventually travelled up my left side and a handful of times I had it in the left side of my face which was very strange. I then started experiencing weakness on the left side, felt heavy and a bit wobbly on my feet at times. Eventually I contacted a gp about it who didnt seem that concerned but requested a MRI brain scan which looked normal. I felt relieved but then still concerned as I was still being affected by the fatigue and sleepiness. I kept notes on my phone about the symptoms I've had since July 2020 but trying to tell a doctor over the phone in 5 minutes everything is just impossible, not only that but my memory is awful and I struggle to say what I want, I forget words often, it's very frustrating. My current symptoms include the same tingly/pins and needles feeling in both feet and legs, sometimes fingers but not as much. Mild spasms of limbs, the awful fatigue and sleepiness, wobbly and unbalanced on my legs, I've noticed my legs can feel numb sometimes after walking and I do experience pain too so I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia on New Years Eve but I don't think that's the complete problem? I feel like I am going a bit mad and it's really affecting my life. I am hoping to finally get an appointment with a neurologist soon, I feel that's my only hope of further investigation and hopefully getting answers and maybe getting better. I have been putting off writing on here for so long because I haven't been diagnosed and I feel like a fraud or something, but my symptoms are worryingly too similar with MS and I'm scared :( I want to be better for my partner and boys. Thank you for listening to me.
