Tested positive for C-19 Sept and took to my sick bed for 3 weeks. I actually think I got off lightly with great support from my family and Drs who gave me antibiotics and steroids and TOLD me to rest. Work have been brilliant and just accepted the down time. Know I am still recovering and starting to step back into my pre-C19 routine but I get tired both mentally and physically after about 80% of my day is done. Anyone else gone through this C-19 journey? and what did you do to get through it ? other than rest up when your body tells you too.
