Never ending flare?

Good morning, Today is my birthday. Yesterday, I woke up with what I guess are called “zingers”, electrical sensations up and down my body. I’ve had these for years. Never knew they could be anything more than an oddity. Today, I’m fatigued, weak, emotional, dizzy or whatever this sensation is and my left arm is acting up, my back is pins and needles and my finger tips/extremeties/feet/toes keep tingling… my baby was diagnosed with covid this morning as well so I wonder if I’m getting it and would this be a flare? Despite the “zingers” yesterday I had a fabulous day! I’ve had one single great day in the last month. I am looking forward to mris and emgs over the next few weeks. I do believe that it’s pretty unlikely this is not ms and I also hope it is as it would explain so much and it’s like best case scenario. I’m anxious about it but I’m embracing it as well. Looking in ways to handle the difficult days and apparently weeks. How to prepare for them etc. I have two very young children and it’s challenging especially these last few weeks because I cannot play with them how I’d like to. Looking for info, sites, foods, exercises, general advice. Thanks for reading!

first of all Happy Anniversary of your birth today! Whatever your prognosis is, research on the internet to allow you to ask good questions with your Dr. if it is MS, research HSCT as a front line therapy to stop MS in it’s tracks for 70% of MS Warriors who complete the protocol. Like any autoimmune disease, addressing it quickly is recommended. www.hscthope.org. A good book to read is Every Day Miracles by Dr. Richard Burt. His Clinic is in LaJolla,CA. There are several venues in the US treating MS. Over 30 plus worldwide. Stay away from seed oils and sugar, both of which exasperate inflammation internally. Keep Stress to a bare minimum, treat it like water off a duck’s back. Lots of exercise, stretching and light weight training. The MSGym is a good free resource on YouTube for exercise. Wishing you all the best. DM if you have more questions.
