Cladribine (Mavenclad) - Year 2

Hi all, Hope you are doing well. A few questions for anyone who has taken this drug and can help. Did you get the shingle/ chicken pox vaccine or not before taking this drug? i haven't been told i need to. Also - how did you find year 2 compared to first year? similar, worse , anything else? be good to hear from you. best

I am due to start it soon so am doing my research. I have spoken with somebody who has just started his second year and hadn't had any side effects and since being on it he hasn't relapsed. Not sure if that helps

Yes, I had to get the varicella zoster virus test for antibodies and it came back negative, so I have to get vaccinated now before I start with Mavenclad.
