Travelling with MS

I love to travel and I'm thinking about finally going on some trips this year. It will be my first time travelling following my diagnosis in 2020. And I feel anxious about it. 1) what do I do if I have a relapse? I've never had one that landed me in hospital so have no experience here. Do I go to a local hospital or try to quickly come back home if possible? Can you have a relapse that is life threatening? (I really hope not!) 2) what do I do if I catch a serious infection? Local hospital or come back? I'm on Ocrevus. 3) is it sensible to go abroad given I won't have access to Covid antivirals? I'm thinking more of Asia than Europe/US, and specifically Nepal. I've done a couple of Himalayan treks so know what to expect but this was before MS (i.e. I already had it but didn't know about it). Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

@lemon Speak to your health care professionals. I've travelled far and wide with my MS, it's never been an issue. Having been to Nepal, I would find out what healthcare is available, if needed. I've had Covid, and turned down the antivirals as it was manageable. Make sure all your travel and Covid jabs are up to date.

Thanks @AndreaG, that's reassuring. I wish I could speak to my HCPs but my neuro is on a sabbatical and the nurse has given me incorrect info in the past so I don't trust her, and as a result I don't have anyone to turn to with questions like this.
