I have some weridness in my thumb over the last week. I seem to be getting pins and needles in it but when I move my thumb down and blood goes to it its fine but when it is faced the other way the pins and needles come back. Could this be CIS / MS related or more trapped nerve related? Also I am considering taking Lions Mane is this a potential issue if I may have MS? Thoughts and advice greatly appreciated.
