No MS Nurse - again!

Can anyone suggest which politician or local authority I can put in writing my frustrations that again my health board do not have an MS nurse? I received a call today from the receptionist at the Neurology department at the BHG to inform me that my MS Nurse has left and there is no-one currently filing the spot. My Neurologist is denying that the rib issues I am have has anything to do with MS (I thought it was a MS hug). I have to wait until Monday for a call back from a GP. From day 1 I have been standing in a wasteland with no back up. There was no MS Nurse for the first 4 or 5 months from diagnosis. Then I had a few appointments and phone calls before she was absent for 9 months. I had a video call last month and then now she has left. It took around 18 months, several MRI's (because they just did head, then they just did spine and then they did both), a lumbar puncture and 2 neurologists to get a diagnosis. I live in the Scottish Borders and I feel like we are always just left to fend for ourselves. Gutted, annoyed and I want to be heard. Apologies, rant over.
