so i work for the public service. they bang on about diversity and inclusion but actually its the complete opposite. so being an idiot i told my managers i have ms. they started spamming my neurologist for more information.im now on a performance improvement plan. if i ever mention i have a health issue they just have blank faces. i get time off for medical appointments but i can tell they dont like it..they just kinda have to give me time off to not seem discriminatory while they silently bully me. they have no idea what ms is or how it impacts a person. just a rant..sorry if this is too long.
