Copaxone
I’ve just started the 3x weekly copaxone injections Does anyone have any tips? I’m finding the initial injections to be quite painful and the hour after the area is quite sore it limits my movement.

I've been on Copaxone since Oct 21. I still get pain after injecting and get the odd red itchy lump at the injection sites but have found that trying different injection depths has helped. I also try to inject just before i go to sleep so that I sleep through the pain. Also if I do get an itchy lump (usually the day after) I use 'Preparation H' (Yes really!) which seems to work. I was on Copaxon for a few months, and suddenly had a severe reaction. It left me sore and my skin discolored. I believe I was told to try an ice pack before injection. Maybe try some Tylenol about an hour before. I have to do that for my Avonex, it Makes me feel awful.
