Exercise/Sun tanning/Cannabis

Hi All, I have a few questions... I find pilates and yoga really help me, being limited to certain things because of my balance and not being able to jump around, are there any other exercises that help you? I live in Sunny SA and llllllove Beach time, do you find the sun good for you or not? I sometimes wonder if the sun is good for us, some say yes, some say no. Lastly, I have been smoking weed for years, helps with relaxing my muscles and sleeping. Are there people on this forum taking Cannabis oil, if so is there a specific kind that helps your symptoms (asking for a friend πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚)

Hi. Exercise is great I feel. I have a very active and physical job but I think this is different to exercise, I can easily (and often) push myself too far. I have a rowing machine at home that I like to use as it controls my movements a lot more. Lunges are my downfall. It’s like watching a newborn dear trying to stand. Heat is my kryptonite. Love sun, the heat (hot shower, hot bath, too many layers) is an issue. Just into a walking jellyfish. Not good. Weed, not smoked it since my twenties (oh to be young again lol) but keep meaning to look in to all this CBD and weed talk.

With my 20+ years of living with MS my humor has become just as dark 🀣🀣 Don't you worry, I walk like i'm tipsy all day, I had a little too much wine lastnight, woke up feeling a little "off" this morning, however I never let it stop me, I did a "Power Pump" class (45 min), which is basically weights, squatting, push-upsHey Chris, I must say I had a good laugh at this. As soon as we got to the lunges part (I thought of you and laughed) Not my favorite either, this "deer" just grabs onto the wall. And tries her best. I have the best instructors thou, they always tell me how well i'm doing. Even thou, I must look really awkward (oh well, it is what it is). 😊 Right after that another 45min pilates class. That's me for the day. A little pool time, a good Sunday lunch, with a glass of wine and Bob's your uncle. 😊 The way I see it is. We just need to keep going. Everything in moderation.
