Blackouts and MS

Hi, I have mobility issues- I struggle to walk. I have had MS for 7.5 years. I was washing up this morning, I turned around (not fast as my legs don't allow) and the next thing, my husband is picking me up from the floor. He said I didn't shout out, I just went down with my eyes open. I didn't respond to him. Since then, I've felt weird, almost dizzy and my legs are really not working now (I'm in my wheelchair). Has anyone else experienced this?
@eloquent

Something similar years ago I went to the fridge and grabbed 2ltr bottle of milk suddenly the world and walls rotated around me Couldnt keep standing or even falling down not speaking was so I hardly shouted gurgled wasnt clear but loud short shout to my wee sis she came running but before she holds my arms my legs couldnt keep me up and i fell on my knees but vertigo remained so I went to emergency room they put me in wheel chair and I passed out woke up to see my mother I asked is it the same cause as optic neuritis? She said yes With tears in her eyes. I said is it Multiple sclerosis she noddeddown and said yes. And optic neuritis was on 2004. I asked them to stop steroid at the hospital they said the vertigo will remain forever I take responsibility lol I was naive and immature acted as if i know everything I still have vertigo. But not as bad.
