Apologies, probably too late! The answer is sleep. Sleep through it. Just took my 15th injection tonight. No symptoms since the first and not even a pinprick or mark this evening. Couldn’t even tell I’d injected! But injecting late means sleeping through any symptoms that might come. Good luck. It’s really not that terrible and mostly because it’s quickly done and may not repeat
