The other day, I had an accident that was the worst one of all the ones that I’ve had. I was on my walker in my kitchen, I see a small piece of trash & I tried to pick it up. I slightly tried to stand & when sitting back, my body somehow moved my walker which made it incredibly impossible to sit back. As I’m falling backwards, I tried to grab on our kitchen table which ended up being so light weight that made my falling backwards worse & heavy. Once I had fallen, I hit my head TWICE (my head literally bounced twice!!) All I can remember is my boyfriend rushing to get me as I’m on the floor in so much pain & crying. I was soar for days left with a big painful bruise on my left side hip. This was the worst fall I’ve experienced with ms.
