What is the scariest thing your MS is doing.

I think mine is my cognitive issues, with me my physical issues are not too bad yet, so people judge me when they hear I am on disability as I don't "look the part" so I can't be disabled, but spend a day with me and you will see different, sometimes I cannot remember something that happened seconds before and my lo g term memory is also very bad, I am on disability as a result, I used to be a medic and then a hospital case manager, but I can't do those anymore, I can't even drive as my concentration is shocking and as a result I get flustered so easily, and embarrassed too. And to top it I try not say anything for fear people think I am using my MS as an excuse. People tell me all the time you look so well you can't be sick, it irritates me so much, or those that have a friend if a friends friend who was cured by drinking excess something or the other, why don't I try that, and if I say it won't work I get the "you just don't want to try it" look or speech. It really hurts.

Thats annoying really that people do that. For its my vision as i was diagnosed with MS from both my eyes ending up getting optic neuritis and drs sayong it will get better... that was in 2010 and my eyes are just gradually getting worse, i used to carry on like nothing was really wrong but cant anymore im waiting for trIning to start with me ob uaibg a white cane. Im only 30 and was diagnosed at 17 and ove only recently within the past 4 years started fully accepting it along with the worsenibg fatigue and relapses ive had.

I can totally see where you’re coming from but don’t let people or what they think rule your life well my MS or my mobility is very poor but my neighbours use to think I was at it but now I need my mobility scooter to go anywhere and my memory is very very poor
