3-days fasting on Tecfidera

Hi guys, I am on Tecfidera for a year now, all good, one relapse since then but stable now. I was doing intermittent fasting for about 6 months and now I want to try the water fasting - you don't eat for 72 hours - you can drink tea with coconut oil for fats etc Have any of you tried that? Is it ok to do this while on Tecfidera? Many thanks and stay safe and blessed <3

@Ruxi, I IF as well and do a weekly 2 Day Fast also. It's amazing how your body adjusts...

Personally this would not have worked for me while on Tecfidera, as it hurt my stomach and I needed to take it with a full meal. I would double check with your MS nurse or doctor and ask if it is okay to take on an empty stomach
