Baclofen use in pregnancy

Has anyone here been on Baclofen during their pregnancy and how was the baby afterwards? I know it can cause neonatal withdrawals and I'm freaking out. I tried to drop back my dosage but ended up not being able to walk very well and in a lot of pain. My obstitrician wants me to stay on it (currently back up to 50mg/day) as he said it's worse for the baby if I'm in pain and not able to move. He also said you could have one baby exposed to 50mg/day and no withdrawal and another who reacts badly to 10mg/day. He's really not worried and they're a major maternity hospital so he said they'll handle it whatever happens but I feel so guilty and I'm freaking out so would love to hear from others who've had to take it in pregnancy. I know there was a previous post on this a few years ago when I searched but the link is broken so haven't been able to view any of the replies!

I truly feel for you. I did not take this medication whilst pregnant with my little one. Yet I do know how terrified you are, and I do really hope everything will end up well for you and your family ❤️ Best wishes.
