COVID giving me a right battering and no anti virals (YET)

Finally succumbed to COVID on Monday and its flattened me.... disappointed in the anti viral meds system, as still not sorted and now on day 4, heard so many good things, but reality for me is I am being passed from pillar to post and back again... want to scream, gone through the referal service, 119, 111, GP, MS team, not happy, so having to struggle on whilst waiting....

I cant offer any help with regard to antivirals I'm afraid but I just wanted to say I feel your pain, I caught it December 2020 and have had absolutely no help from NHS. I ha e only just been put on the waiting list for the long covid clinic, meanwhile I've just been medically discharged from work as have been rendered pretty much permanently disabled by it. Keep on shouting - you've got to be your own advocate because the GPs and most other doctors haven't got a clue when it comes to available treatments. Try going through the MS society helpline x
