I'm new

I'm not 100% sure I have MS... I had VNG done and it's abnormal. My symptoms are dizziness and recently diagnosed with nystagmus and left sided weakness which I heard could be a sign of MS. I have to get a brain scan and see a neurologist. I'm scared and feel alone, I haven't even told my family yet. I would love someone to talk to.
@Clary

Waiting and not knowing can be a super difficult time. Being stuck in limbo is hard. Perhaps speaking to one person about what is happening, might be helpful. Depends on how you feel. Sharing can be helpful for some people. It depends on one’s personality. Hope you can find someone to support you.

I'm not a neurologist but if you have MS then you have MS, worrying about it wont change the outcome. Even if you haven't been diagnosed you are not alone, you have Shift MS to chat via. Waiting for a diagnosis can be a lonely worrying time but many of us have been there. But I agree with @Clary opining up to someone close to you is usually helpful, they probably have the same worries and questions as you....don't keep it to yourself.
