Hi, What I love about this forum is the wealth of experiences and empathy! I really need some advice folks. Some background: I've had RRMS for over eight years. My last treatment was Lemtrada five years and I had a really good response to it. My old symptoms are now returning: chronic pain is worsening, fatigue, brain fog and frozen shoulder/impingement,spasticity, numbness to name a few. With Lemtrada I had improved so much I forgot I had MS. Now every minute is a screaming reminder. I'm struggling. My recent MRI shows my MS is stable with no new lesions so another round of Lemtrada is not an option. However, I have been offered Ocrevus. So my question is, has anyone had a DMD when their MS is stable to help with MS symptoms? Do you think it's worth being immuno compromised? Has anyone been in a similar situation where the MS is stable but previous symptoms have returned and what was the treatment in that situation- maybe a non DMD? Thank you so much 💓
