Kesimpta & travel

Hi everyone, This is my first post but I find all the info on here super helpful, I was diagnosed with RRMS last year and started kesimpta in the summer. I'm in the UK and planning to travel to Belgium in a couple of months via the overnight ferry. It's badly timed really as we travel on the 13th and my injection is due on the 15th. I'm wondering, rather than trying to organise taking the injection with me, whether I should just do it early on the 13th. I'm fairly sure it won't be advised but wondered what everyone else's experiences are? Is it is easy to travel with? I'm worried about keeping it cold especially with it being an overnight journey rather than a flight. Would doing the injection 48hours early hurt? Thank you!

Last time I traveled I took it in a cool bag with the freezer ice blocks, it really did keep it pretty cool, I ended up taking it the evening before it was due don't really think my body would notice the difference, maybe split the difference take it with you but take a day early! I believe its OK at room temp for a day anyway so travelling with it should be fine, good luck.

I’ve been told a couple of days difference as a one off is fine as I recently did this when I went on holiday for the first time on Kesimpta. I couldn’t be faffed with the medical letters and travelling with it x
