Family planning

Hello lovely people. Speaking as an interloper (I don't have MS but my partner does), I need your help please. My partner has RRMS. She was diagnosed 10 years ago and is currently stable (ish) post-Lemtrada, but we're wrestling with whether or not to have a second child. We have one awesome (yet demanding) toddler, and having another one would mean coming off drugs that she uses to manage fatigue, leg pain and all that fun stuff. We'd love to have number 2 but the risk to her health in the short term (coming off the drugs, risk of relapse) and long term (parenting is knackering even for the able bodied) seems overwhelming. We also don't have much by way of local support network, and we plan to keep working full time. Does anyone have any experience managing that particular issue? Would especially love any pro tips from partners of MSers on how to best support your partner - I find it tricky sometimes as I can never fully comprehend the full physical and mental impact of the MS/childbearing double whammy. Thank you, and apologies for the slight ramble 🙂
