Ok serious one. Disability and children

I retired in 2009 from Wall Street and went on disability because of the seizures. Luckily i had saved enough and we didn’t move neither did the kids move schools. We still traveled but here is the catch. Both of my twins ended up with scholarships to USC but they are having a very hard time as I get sicker, sleep more, not out playing baseball, walk like i am 80 not 51 and it is absolutely affecting their depressive state. It might look good on the outside but it isn’t on the inside. Kind of like what people put on Facebook. Only the good. So has anyone else had experiences with disability and children growing up and what other kids might ask why your dad’s home all the time? Would love your feedback. Tim
