Exercise

How does anyone manage exercise with fatigue and weakness/heavy limbs? What exercises do you do? I used to be very active and conscious that by not exercising that wont be helping my weakness however it takes me so long to recover an will be even more fatigued and my balance even worse after any exertion. I did a workout 2 weeks ago, some yoga and work with resistance bands and I feel like ive been in a flare up since and symptoms so much worse after a period of them improving.

I used to be a netball coach and referee and I ran and played in an adult badminton club. I used to jog, do Pilates and weight train. Now I swim. You can't fall in the pool and it takes the weight of your joints. I will get back to the gym. I am 4 times vaccinated but I still have no antibodies in my T (white) cells so I'm still avoiding mixing

Hi I find when I go outside my fatigue is better than when I'm inside perhaps it's the fresh air so I try and go outside and I feel so better in minutes
