Anxiety management

I need to get my anxiety under control asap. Since being diagnosed last year and dealing with a load of new symptoms and the obvious uncertainty about the future (in covid times!), it has spiralled and I am not sleeping well and is undoubtedly worsening my symptoms. I also find my thoughts keep turning to MS all the time. Would you be able to share you tips on what works for you? I’m using meditation apps and contemplating whether anti depressants would be good to help me get a handle on things
