Starting Mavenclad

Hi. I have been taking copaxone 3x per week from injections for a few years now but new lesions have developed. There was a 4 month period when getting the covid vaccines i was given incorrect information from the pharmacy and i stopped the injections. Anyway, now I am to start mavenclad. Looking for people who have tried it, what stage of the process you are in and side effects. Thanks for your time.

Hi, I also have been on Glatect for the last 2 years but have now been recommended to switch to Mavenclad due to new lesions. I am in the process of having all the pre-tests done prior to starting. From the research that I have done it does seem like a fairly stable medication to take. Side effects seem to be pretty minimal and don't last for too long. Anyways, hope you find the answers you are looking for. I was very hesitant to start this medication but since looking through different forums I'm feeling a bit more comfortable. P.S. there is a Mavenclad group on Facebook as well Good Luck! I can keep you posted on my journey if ya like! :)

Thank you. I am just about done all of my testing and immunizations. Sounds like we are both about to embark on this journey. Hope it helps!!
