Pregnancy

Hi all, I just got told about this forum, really glad I did. I’ve just found out I’m pregnant and have my tysabri infusion on Tuesday 8th. Gp advised against, nurse to go and I can’t get hold of my consultant. I’m really happy and feel great on tysabri and don’t want to harm pregnancy in anyway. I’d be so greatful for advice, thank you xx

I have no experience with Tysabri, but it's always been my opinion that pregnant women should avoid as many unnecessary chemicals as possible. I would postpone the infusion until speaking with your neuro, MS nurse, and obstetrician (if you have one yet).

Thank you. That’s my gut instinct.. the ms nurse however said d it was safe but I still don’t feel right xxx
