Hospitalized; struggling; train wreck

Randomly last month I started experiencing some wild neurological issues, really out of the blue. Skin/nerve pain, Abdomen and back skin sensitive to touch, Arm/hand pain /burning sensation, Tremors , Feet and lip “numbness”, Weird feeling in head like nerves firing /electrical shocks, Blurry vision in left eye (swelling of nerve). Bend head down vibration down spine, legs into feet. long story short im now hospitalized, 5 days of iv steroids for optic neuritis. MRI showed no brain lesions. I have one lesion in my cervical spine. Were awaiting for spinal fluid results to come back but they are 90% sure its MS. 10% of them think it might be NMOSD. Has anyone ever heard of NMOSD? I have 4 children , my youngest is 1 who I was still exclusively breastfeeding and never spent the night from. I’ve been here since Wednesday and I am really mentally struggling. My husband has to stay home with the kids, we live 2 hours from this hospital. He’s done great about visiting, but essentially I am alone most of the time in this hospital room. Any advice on what I have to look forward to medically in the future, or just a friendly conversation.. thanks for joining my Ted talk. 🥴🤣

Hi I can't give you any advice medically because I don't take any meds but I do take cannabis which is amazing for lots of things I take it mainly for pain, also exercise is really important but having four children you probably get a lot of exercise! but Yoga is brilliant for balance and strength I was diagnosed 11 years ago and started following the Best Bet diet for MS there are lots of different diets for MS I have noticed if I ever come off the diet I feel fatigue and my symptoms are much worse I noticed you are in America so if cannabis is legal in your state it's worth a try, it makes me feel normal again
