Progression

I feel like I’m banging my head against the wall I was diagnosed with RRMS in 2020 but it feels like every day I’m getting worse I’ve never had any kind of remission . I can’t walk without a stick I can’t get in and out of shower alone. I struggle to get around the house I can’t even make a cup of tea with spilling it . I can’t leve the house alone I have anxiety attacks because I have bladder problems my world has changed so much I think I have SPMS but I’m getting nowhere my MRI had no charge so I have to keep struggling on

Hi I was diagnosed with RRMS but I have never had a remission and I'm slowly getting worse I was very active before MS but I started doing yoga everyday and it's made a big difference with mobility I do live yoga classes with an free app insight timer it just makes me motivated to do it because I feel more awake afterwards it is very hard to get motivated in the morning I have go outside in the fresh air otherwise I feel so fatigue if I sit all morning, also I started doing the Best Bet diet a few years ago and I feel so much better on the diet but I know everyone is different I do hope find something to make life easier for you

I've had remissions and no progression but my neuro says it is PPMS because my main ongoing symptom is a stiff foot. I'm banging my head harder against the wall reading these posts because any time I challenge they say "it is common to be in denial and feel frustrated" and i have no treatment offered so I'm just carrying on my own thing being vegan, spin bikes, stretching and cbd. I'm new to my MS world.
