Flipping Fatigue

Hi, So this week has been quite hard....i have so many opportunities coming my way and so much coming up and i feel so excited but feel like just one thing is holding me back.....fatigue and tiredness! I really feel like it is holding me back right now. Im trying to take it day by day and not let it get me down as i know it is just something everyone has to get used to. I don't want to be that person, thats tired all the time...it really annoys me. I like working hard and doing as much as i can and not waste any days or weeks. Sometimes i do listen to my body and i go to bed early and get some good sleep. Other than that i am trying to drink more water, i take vitamin D everyday. I have been recommended Bee Pollen? Has anyone anymore suggestions to increase my energy? I am a previous runner and i have just started getting back into this as i know exercise is great for keeping your mood up. I am just wondering what others like to take/rely on and recommend to keep your energy up to keep up with the pace of life! :) xxx

@clairebear88 , fatigue is a pain in the a***, but it's just another aspect of life that needs managing. We need to pace ourselves to avoid "hitting the wall"! Yes, exercise is good for us, but be wary of increasing your body temperature. This can cause Uhtoff's Phenomenon (https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/uhthoffs-phenomenon) Swimming is good exercise, It doesn't stress any muscles/joints and also keeps your temperature stable.

I soo know how you feel. It's frustrating, gets me down. I feel guilty and fed up with how tired I am. I'm a runner. Have done marathons and now I'm struggling to run round the block. Swimming and cycling are working for me at the moment. I've also started doing some pilates. Exercise makes me feel great so I've decided to make it a priority. Not much help but you're not alone.
