Diagnosed for a year

I will say this year has been a rollercoaster. I've been on Tysabri since being diagnosed and every month I struggled with my symptoms. I would feel great for two weeks then it would hit. I couldn't walk through stores without a cart or I would get so dizzy, start sweating, I literally felt like I was going to pass out. The double vision would hit close to when I would get my infusion as well. My neuro said how can you heal if you are contanstly being attacked? He recommended Lemtrada and I am one week post Lemtrada or Alumtuzimab. That was my life saver so far. Now I'm only one week post treatment but my hands are not numb. I can walk through a store without a cart. I just know it's going to work. I will keep you posted but for now every day that I feel like my old self is a blessing! #12daysofXms

Hi Casey and welcome to our exclusive club! We're all quite safe here, full of useful info if you want it, always here for a natter, a moan, a rant, a cry, a celebration, whatever floats your boat. Take things easy, I'm one of the old codgers, have had the beast for 25 years, still here, still fighting and remember, with ms, there's no such thing as a silly question😍

Hi @casey_stewart and welcome. MS can be a rollercoaster for most of us. But, let's hope your ride is levelling out now.
