First post! Diagnosed with RRMS this year...

Hi everyone, Dels here from Northern Ireland. I'm 42 and was diagnosed with RRMS at the end of April this year. I'd been experiencing problems with numbness in my left leg and feet since last July (I was hospitalised for 2 weeks). My diagnoses at the time was Peripheral Neuropathy, which I understand I still have, but in recent months I've been experiencing particularly bad fatigue, dizziness, balance issues, and weakness in my left arm and hand. My neurologist had me get another MRI 5 weeks ago, and I was informed last week that there were a lot of new marks in my spine and brain. Much more than they anticipated. I'm still in the realms of RRMS, though I've been taking Tecfidera, and was told that I soon need to switch to a much more effective medication. I received information on a few medications today and will see the MS team in a couple of week's time to discuss. To say I'm stressed is an understatement! Does anyone have advice about anything? Even a friendly hello would be appreciated!

Hi! I’m in the process of getting tests and seeing doctors. It’s still a big unknown. So I don’t have much in terms of advice, but hope all goes okay for you!
