Hi everyone! I was diagnosed with RRMS on 26-11-19. I’m struggling to work out if I’m having a relapse or not. For the past 3 weeks I’ve had dull pain behind my eyes. No vision loss, blurriness. Only dull pain. I had it back in April but was not diagnosed by this point. It’s not been constant and comes every now and then. I’ve been floored with a head cold for 10 days and feel really woozy and lethargic. Could this just be due to the fact that I’ve not been well/ not been in a routine over Xmas period/ eating and drinking rubbish/lack of restful sleep OR could it be a relapse? I go on holiday on Monday and not sure where to turn? Hope everyone had a peaceful Xmas and NY, wishing everyone health and happiness for 2020!
