Is anyone on Gilenya?

Hello everyone! My name is Mandy. I am new to this site. I will share my story. I was Diagnosed In November 2018, with severe Chronic MS. I have never had any symptoms prior to the day I was hospitalized and diagnosed. I have legions covering my entire brain.
Since then I have numbness in my right arm daily. I have not been on any medication since my first incident. I have chosen to be as natural as possible. I have changed my eating habits, I have been on all natural vitamins. As well as exercising.
I am on a trial medication by choice. It’s for Fatigue. Its been going good. No side effects. My Neurologist is the greatest. He wants me to try Gilenya. Do to my that numbness and if I was to have a relapse I maybe Paralyzed.
I am wondering if anyone else is taken Gilenya. How is it working for you. Have you had to stop do to the side effects it could cause? Or is there any side effects while on it.

Thank you all for your time and reading my story . Have a blessed evening.
