Does anyone use a Powerbreathe?

I have been following a thread over at the BartsMS forum about exercise fatigue. It has been suggested that there may be benefits to improving 'respiratory fitness' as well. It seems this may aid in the reduction of exercise related fatigue. Whilst it seems that fatigue affects the ability of many to engage in exercise with premature tiring stopping play, I can do the exercise but afterwards, I am flattened by 'ordinary' fatigue that occurs in direct proportion to the effort. My last hard(ish) session on the rowing machine (Erg) was a 40 minute, 9k one. That took me out of play for a good 2-3 days. Not pleasant. The other day I pushed my mate in a wheelchair up a 400m gentle incline - enough to raise my heart rate for a few mins - and that wiped me out for several hours. Given the importance of exercise in the management of MS I am keen to do as much as poss. I don't know if this is worth the money but I'm going to give it a shot. It can't hurt me, just my wallet. Has anyone else used one?
