Diagnosis is finally here!

So I saw my consultant on Tuesday after expecting to February and before I had a chance to tell him about my new weird and wonderful symptoms he confirmed MS, it was such a relief after waiting so long to see him šŸ™ˆ I was so scared he would say watch and wait, or refer for another mri...or worse another lumbar puncture! I can definitely attribute flare ups to stress, take medication for anxiety and the calm that washed over me now I know what Iā€™m dealing with and can deal accordingly I am sure will make a difference - it RRMS so nothing to do but ride out the relapse and make the most of the remits! Waiting now to see ms nurses about treatment options ... stay strong everyone, this has been a very comforting place to lurk šŸ’• xxx

@spenguin , a diagnosis, even an expected one, can still be a shock to the system. So just be aware and take care of yourself. And, yes, as you've already identified, avoid stress. Just ask yourself whether any situation is worth damaging your health......for life! It keeps things in perspective.
