LDN

Hi there just wondering if anyone takes LDN and if so how youre getting on with it. let me know if you feel this really does make a difference, I take Baclofen and LDN for PPMS, sometimes I feel like I want to come off all drugs to see where I really am with this disease but too scared! Lou-lou

Hi I get my LDN from "Skips pharmacy" See if your Doc will prescribe it, he may not as I understand it is not approved by our NHS It has been used in other countries to treat lots of things for years It seems the NHS are behind the times with treatments!!! I go to a private specialist and she writes a prescription If people tell you you can't get it in this country well...YOU CAN!!

I spoke to my Neuro last year about LDN, his opinion was that it's more of a placebo, there's no proof it works, but if it makes people feel like its helping it's up to them if they want to take it. He doesn't prescribe it, but isn't anti it. I believe him to be a very wise man (and rather cute haha), so I didn't bother with it xx
