PDT802 TRIALS ON HUMANS TO BEGIN

looks as though the first trials /phase will be on healthy people. If ok no side effects detected then the clinical stage. GPR17 for Remyelination .They say maybe upto seven years until we get it .Not sure if anybody can find any more info on this

GPR17 (G protein-coupled receptor 17) is an orphan GPCR expressed primarily in the central nervous system and metabolic tissues. It is a critical target in biomedical research because it acts as a "molecular brake" on oligodendrocyte precursor cells (OPCs), preventing them from maturing to repair damaged myelin in diseases like Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
