I think the cure for all ms will be found when we can stop progression.

PPMS is happening in the brain, its a slow progression behind the blood-brain barriers. The meds on the market are not able to pass the blood-brain barrier. They developed now something (bruton-kinase-inhibitor), it's in phase III study, that is able to pass the blood brain barrier and stop inflammation directly in the brain rather than just stopping the immune cells in the blood stream from developing. It could mean that there will be a solution for PPMS and SPMS soon.
