Jimmy leg

I'm looking for some very specific advice and suggestions. I've been struggling for years with the Jimmy Leg, painful cramps/spasms in my legs. I've tried everything I know of - magnesium oil, massage, heat and cold, Lyrica and neurontin, and I have a baclofen pump implanted as well (there's a longer story there), but none of it works and I am still suffering and not sleeping and struggling with painful cramping. I have heard anecdotally that cannabis, edible and smokeable, can be very effective. My knowledge of cannabis is all pre-legal and pre-medicinal, so my experience with dispensaries and what they dispense is minimal. Does anybody on this forum have experience with treating spasticity with various forms of cannabis? I don't want to get anybody in trouble, but any advice you could share, as specific as possible, would be greatly appreciated.

@SIMONA2

Hi, I take cannabis for pain and spasms it's amazing I wouldn't be able to cope without it, I noticed you live in America is it not legal in your state? I use a vaporiser because I have never smoked, if you are in so much pain its definitely worth trying it, is worth trying different strains of cannabis because one strain will work for one person and not a another,if you want anymore info send me a private message.
