Finally received my latest MRI scan results after 17 weeks. This is my 3rd Brain and C Spine scans. My first found lesions in brain and c spine and diagnosed with " probable ms " After 2nd scans I received a letter noting no new changes. This time I've received a telephone appointment for 27.09 with my Neurologist and a letter today stating the following Brain showed several T2 and FLAIR hyperintense lesions , in keeping with central demyelination. MRI of spine picked up demyelination plaque at level of C2. Evidence of cervical spondylitic changes in cervical spine at multi level c3 to c7. Possible bilateral impingement if nerve roots at c6/c7. Will be reviewed in clinic as planned. Should I now expect a firm diagnosis from this ? This has been going on for 2 years although my Neuro suggested I may have had for several years. If so I know my Neuro suggested Copaxone injections which I cant say I really fancy he didn't give me any alternatives referring to side effects and my age . I'm 59 . Thanks for reading
