Daily symptoms

I was diagnosed with rrms in 2016 after a bout of Optic Neuritis 😭 over the last year or so ive had continuous leg muscle pain(both legs), lower back pain, right eye blurriness and balance issues 🤷‍♂️
@Runningonempty

Really sorry but no dmt is short for diease modifying therapy so what that means is you take that medication to combat your overactive immune system. Hopefully to stabilise and stop you from getting further legions. also to help with diease progression ( disability build up/u getting worse) The symptoms that you are having already regularly u go between your gp/ms nurse/neuro for treatment whether that’s medication, therapy, support, rehab depends on ur symptoms, what ur struggling with personally. So if u think ur having a relapse u would tell ur ms nurse/GP and u might be prescribed steriods. If ur having nerve pain medications like amytriptaline/gabapentin/pregablin, anxiety antidepressants, balance -physio or try exercise like Pilates/yoga/ etc fatigue would be medications like amantadine or modafinil etc speech issues language therapy etc the neuro can prescribe the fatigue meds, a gp or neuro can prescribe the nerve pain meds etc the best I can of to describe it is ur ms nurse is ur coordinator and documentor for ur neuro also emotional support. Ur neuro is to manage ur diease and ur gp is there to help with additional treatment. Hope this makes sense and u get some help soon. Don’t have to wait for neuro and the dmt seek support for ur daily issues from ur gp & ms nurse now. Take care of urself p.s my neuro has a mantra ‘ diet, mindfulness & exercise’ unfortunately there’s no quick fix for those it’s trial an error and finding what diet, what type of exercise and what kind of therapy will work for u.
