Starting Ocrevus before or after travelling?

I am waiting to start Ocrevus but also have plans to go travelling in Southeast Asia for 3 months soon. I am worried about lowering my immune system before going away-my latest MRI showed no new lesions so maybe its safer to hold off from treatment until after I'm back from travelling? Any advice much appreciated.

Deff. after you came back. Octrevus kills your immune system, don' t risk it!!! I had 9 months between 2 doses before. Because of covid. Don't risk it😅
